User Rights
Everyone who uses the avdcompany.com website has the rights arising from the legislation in force. This page summarises your main rights in your relationship with Avd Company and how you can exercise them.
Rights concerning personal data
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to request correction, erasure or destruction, to object and to claim compensation. Your rights as a consumer
If you purchase goods or services through our website, your rights under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts are reserved. These include:
- Being informed clearly and understandably before the contract is concluded
- The right of withdrawal within fourteen days, except for the exceptions set out in the Regulation
- The optional rights listed in the Law in the case of defective goods or services
- Applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in disputes
Commercial electronic messages
Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, commercial electronic messages are not sent to you without your consent. If you have given consent, you may stop receiving messages at any time by exercising your right to refuse, without giving any reason.
